Garage Sale to Benefit Aids Walk
The Sale is from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, October 10th at 950 E. Brookside just across from the south side of Phelps Grove Park and near the Springfield Art Museum.
The sale promises to be great as we have many families that donate items and we’re always looking for more. If you have items to donate to a VERY good cause, please call:
Steve Brock at 417-234-9223 or
Rose DeGray at 417-861-8646
to coordinate a drop off or a pick up of your items.
All proceeds go to Aids Project of the Ozarks. AIDS Project of the Ozarks (APO) is a non-profit community-based organization serving a 29 county region in southwest Missouri. APO currently serves over 600 clients with HIV/AIDS and their families. Concerned families and friends established the organization as a grass roots entity in 1983. Services include: medical care, case management, education to the general public, and services to persons with HIV infection, their families and significant others in a confidential, caring environment.
Thanks to all who are helping with the garage sale and to those who are walking in the AIDS Walk.
