Day 1, Saturday, January 18
And we’re off! Say goodbye to the bitter cold Ozarks! Today begins our journey toward a 
warm Caribbean cruise. We depart Springfield towards Corsicana, TX where we will rest for the evening. (D)
Day 2, Sunday, January 19
A quick morning drive brings us to Galveston, Texas, our first port of call. The Liberty of the Seas welcomes you to settle in your cabin and test out your sea legs as we embark on a Western Caribbean journey. (B, L, D)
Day 3, Monday, January 20
Day at Sea – Spend the day getting acquainted with the ship. Relax in the Solarium, attend a guest lecture, sip a cocktail poolside, or enjoy a 5-course meal at Chef’s table. The opportunities for top-notch entertainment are endless. (B, L, D)
Day 4, Tuesday, January 21
Day at Sea – Enjoy another leisurely day at sea. Sit back and relax in the sunshine and enjoy our beautiful cruise ship. Catch a Broadway show, boogie your way to a 70’s disco party, or perfect your skills on the mini-golf course. It’s all up to you! (B, L, D)
Day 5, Wednesday, January 22
Roatan, Honduras – Hola, Honduras! Roatan is the largest isle in the Bay of Island of Honduras. Its long, narrow shape provides incredible hiking opportunities with exquisite views. This mountainous island is surrounded by pristine Caribbean waters, famously known for vibrant coral reefs, making it a top diving destination. You’ll quickly fall in love with this small island atmosphere. And if that isn’t enough, the island’s incredible biodiversity, lush foliage, and sandy-white beaches will steal your breath away. Belize City, Belize – Belize City is an assortment of old, new, and ancient. Mayan ruins and exotic wildlife occupy the jungle, colonial architecture decorates the streets, and a medley of cultures and ethnicities create an easy-going ambience. Belize’s barrier reef is a natural wonder. Home to tropical marine life and radiant coral gardens, once again you have an opportunity to dive in a top-notch diving location. Day 7, Friday, January 24
Cozumel, Mexico – The last port brings you to Cozumel, Mexico. Make a splash in 
Cozumel, a Caribbean island perched atop a coral reef. Dock at the island’s heart – just minutes from San Miguel’s seafront shops and the white sand beaches at Chankanaab National Park. Drift among star corals and sea fans on a Cozumel diving excursion or simply kick back on the beach beneath your own palm palapa as the turquoise waves roll in. (B, L, D)
Day 8, Saturday, January 25
Day at Sea – Soak up the rays, enjoy the sounds of the ocean, and salute the captain because today is your last day at sea. (B, L, D)
Day 9, Sunday, January 26
Say goodbye to the Liberty of the Seas as we begin our journey home. Tonight, we will stop in Durant, Oklahoma and enjoy a farewell dinner amongst friends. (B, D)
Day 10, Monday, January 27
Today we will return home to Springfield, Missouri to show off our well-earned sun-kissed skin. (B)
